In confused with the affordable mobiles when u get a device do u have to send it back after 12 months or do u keep it and its paid off?

The standard deals that Affordable Mobiles offer mean that you own the phone as soon as the contract is agreed.
You also owe them the price agreed, to be paid off monthly for however long the agreement states.
It's also usual (but not obligatory) to buy an airtime contract at the same time.
They also have deals where you can lease a phone for a length of time and in these cases the phone is returned at the end of the contract. These are pretty unusual and not often used by retail customers.
This is pretty standard across the mobile phone retailers, not just Affordable.0 -
So im confused sorry i ordered a phone for £35 a month with a three contract sim so does that mean i get to keep the phone after0

It does sound like you haven't read the Terms & Conditions of the offer you want to sign up to or, if you have, then they haven't made sense to you.
Are you sure that you want to sign a legally binding document without fully understanding the implications and obligations?0 -
