Junior ISA for my 3 kids

I was looking to transfer my 3 kids accounts over to a junior ISA but we only put £10 a month away for each of them so from what I've read it seems £25 a month is minimum of any of them.
One is near £3k, one is around £1.5k and the other is around £700. I see the companies all say something like minimum £500 OR £25 a month. Does that mean if we deposit over £500 we can deposit less every month or do we still have to be depositing at least £25 every month?
Thanks

Presumably you mean a stocks a shares jisa?
You still have to deposit the minimum every month, irrespective of how much you initially put in.You are buying into funds normally and there are costs associated so it’s not worth the fund provider allowing less than £25
Edit - Seems there are some which allow less than £25pm:
