Ok so am I right in thinking:
CPS (Midlands) Ltd are IPC registered.
On the Newbie board it says to wait for the Notice to Keeper and then send this "TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING:"
I saw it says you can add to the template "in order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of.."
Is it worth me sending the pictures of the road closures to show it really wasn't visible to see the Pay and Display?
Thanks

No - just ignore them.
Come back if they try a court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
I have received a letter today from TNC Parking Services regarding a Parking Charge Notice.
Ironically it states there is signage around the carpark stating its private property (which there wasn't as there was construction at the time and i had gone looking for a sign!)
It states that they do not accept appeals
Never had a ticket before, no idea what to do next. Can someone advise?
I know someone said previously wait for a court letter. So ignore this one?
Many thanks

Evening!
Today I have received a 'letter before claim' - I have looked at the newbies thread but I'm a little confused.
Do I ignore this letter too?
Thanks M x0 -

Thanks M xPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to be reading the first few paragraphs of the second post on the NEWBIES thread which explain how to deal with a Letter Before Claim.Mimi_Arc_en_ciel said:Evening!

It has come from CPS Midlands (who issued the ticket)
It says they have passed it to 'credit investigation services'
The bit on the newbie thread says 'Pre-action stage:
If you have a 'Letter of claim' or Letter Before Claim (LBC), a claim IS likely.
A 'real' LBC gives a 30 day deadline and reply forms'
I don't have any reply forms (saw not to use them anyway....) it says I have 30 days before county court claim

If it is just a LBC from CIS you can ignore it. They are not a solicitor and will not file a court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
