    This change might be that rare.
    I have been trying to exit EDF ever since dragged kicking and screaming into their appalling customer service under the SoLR process.
    EDF find mechanisms to block the change repeatedly
    Both my daughter and myself have moved away from them, after being SOLRd from Zog, with no problems whatsoever apart from daughter having to wait a few months to reduce her debit balance to avoid a largish bill on leaving.  Accurate final bills issued a couple of days after the switch.

    You have done very well to get an accurate bill from EDF.
    I have not had a single accurate bill.  
    Now I have switched to smart meters which means I can't even read my own meter.
  • what meter do you have? Most smart meters just need a couple of buttons pressing to show the current reading?
