Parking fine - even though I paid for the time parked!

Indeed, there is nothing wrong with a passenger paying for tickets to park but why complicate it, just add a redacted copy of transactions proving the fee was paid; you don't want your or anyone else's, data all over t'internet!3

You should say they are evidence from 'an occupant of the car'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Curious update:
No response to my appeal, sent 11 days ago by email.
YET – just received another letter from them. Identical to the last one in every way (as far as I can tell) except: The ‘Date of sending’ is two weeks later. Therefore, as the terms are described identically, the 28/14 day notice period starts afresh from two working days after the date of sending.
So no acknowledgement or response to my appeal, but they’ve reissued the demand for payment but they’ve given me extra time.
What is that all about? I can only guess they’ve rejected the appeal (without telling me) and started the clock again on the notice period.
Shall I ignore it?
Thanks again in advance!
