It looks okay to me up to a point, but there is no context because there is no thread about so it's impossible to know what has gone on before.
What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP?
What did you put in your defence?
    Was the NTK PoFA compliant?
The landowner is not interested as it is a privatehousing association

Defence is in the previous comment

Was the NTK PoFA compliant? - bit more elaboration on this please
Compare the NTK to the PoFA 2012 to see if it was compliant and capable of holding the keeper liable.
If a NTD was issued then para 8 of the PoFA applies.
If there was no NTD, but ANPR was used, then para 9 of the PoFA applies.
If the vehicle was leased or hired, paras 13 and 14 of the PoFA apply.

This is only relevant if the driver's identity has not been revealed, and if PoFA non-compliance was included in the submitted defence.

I think paras 29 and 30 should be moved up to be within the exaggerated claim section, maybe as 22 and 23 (but ABOVE the sub-heading 'CRA breaches').

And the transcripts of those other cases from Wakefield etc. would be better as Exhibits.  But after HHJ Murch's persuasive appeal judgment, which is the most important one because it is from a higher level Judge.

Pleased to see a Gladstones case WS that covers the deplorable 10.25% interest.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
