Does this relate to any of your other three threads?  If so, you should ask the question on the relevant thread.  Otherwise it can become confusing.

I think this is a new one. The OP won one case, one was dropped, and they got a default judgment for failing to submit a defence for the third.

It looks okay to me up to a point, but there is no context because there is no thread about so it's impossible to know what has gone on before.
What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP?
What did you put in your defence?
    Was the NTK PoFA compliant?

Also the exemplar WS by baz417 is recent, but already needs something new added because of the judgments striking out poorly-pleaded claims.

See also the thread today by @xavian1234 where he/she shows part of their DEFENCE but the words and images could happily slot straight into a WS.

Anything goes in small claims so let's get this HHJ Murch appeal judgment in front if as many Judges as possible, as fast as possible.

The Defendant was not the only insured driver of the vehicle in question and is unable to recall who was driving on that unremarkable day almost 2 years ago
    3. In the Particulars of Claim ('POC') it is stated that the Defendant is liable as the driver or keeper but the Claimant has failed to provide any evidence that Defendant was also the driver. The Defendant cannot be held liable for the charges as the keeper of the vehicle.
    4. The defendant has visited the alleged area “XXX Road” mentioned in the particulars of the claim and has found to several car parks with warning signs, it is unclear from the claim to which car park the alleged parking violation has occurred.
