Scottish Power threatening small business account with disconnection

Under what circumstances is that legal?

Background: I am a small business owner engaged in longstanding dispute with Scottish Power over billing going back to 2018. The Ombudsman ruled in my favour at the end of 2022, but Scottish Power have not – as far as I can calculate – complied with their instructions (nor offered me the required apology!)

Scottish Power are now threatening disconnection of my small business account.

Do they need a court order to carry it out?

Are they required to inform me of the court date in advance, so that I have a chance to go along (armed with the Ombudsman ruling) and make my own case?

All advice appreciated, thanks in advance.
