Yes, you file the AoS online with the MCOL site. DO NOT try and file a defence through that site.1

Did you not read my earlier post, where I wrote...To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.1 -

I've submitted an AoS form and read through the defence template, from what I'm understanding I can't really nullify the fine but I can reduce it to £100 since the driver was indeed breaching the contract as I remember there were clear signs that it was a parking space operated by ecp. I'll write my defence and ask you guys for any help as soon as I'm back home. Also there isn't an issue with me submitting it on a Sunday it's only the email that is dysfunctional not the website right?0

It is NOT a fine; at best it is a speculative invoice! What do the POC state on the claim form, that is what you are defending against. Don't do the claimant's job for them by defending (or actually admitting) something you didn't do.1

Why double-barrel yourself in both feet before you even start? I despair sometimes at the naivety/gullibility of victims who are prepared to fund the scammers. No wonder they are a multi-billion pound industry as there are so many rich pickings for them out there.Cookae said:I've submitted an AoS form and read through the defence template, from what I'm understanding I can't really nullify the fine but I can reduce it to £100 since the driver was indeed breaching the contract as I remember there were clear signs that it was a parking space operated by ecp. You will never "reduce" it to £100.1 -
