Not only do DCBL take on rubbish cases but their claims are woeful because they fail to explain the actual breach ... DCBL allow the woeful Yasmin Mia to sign claims as a statement of truth which in the eyes of the law could be contempt of court

As KeithP says the Chan case is vital to you and vital to a judge because DCBL has failed to comply to the court rules

Whether DCBL  CONTINUE TO COURT or DISCONTINUE is simply up to their intelligence.. Wise men would say to discontinue before the court spank them .... but sadly this is DCBL

DCBL seem like bullies. They've probably harassed many elderly and vulnerable people out of money - makes me angry!

That defence looks fine.

Why not use the first copy of Chan we got, as seen in the thread about it in September?

Search for it, change to NEWEST then look at the oldest result at the bottom of the search!

Just wanted to update you on this - DCBL have closed the file.

They asked for evidence that Parkmaven had told me no further action would be taken. Sent them a screenshot of the email, case dropped.

Of course, no apology for the time, stress and harassment! If only there was a way to get reimbursed for it all!

Still haven't received a notice of discontinuance - do these things usually take a while to come through the post? Is it worth chasing DCBL or is that a lost cause?

Does MCOL show the claim as being discontinued?
