PCN from GroupNexus but after 14 days

Well, I never had a reply from my MP however I did have contact with the land owner who has advised me in the first instance to appeal. Which I did, as the registered keeper.
I just received this from GroupNexus or CP Plus as it has come though...

Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge.
The representations stated in your correspondence have been noted and considered. Please forward to us the full name and address of the driver at the time this charge was incurred so that we can update our records accordingly.
We are placing this Charge on hold for 14 days from the date of this email to allow you to provide the details requested.

Is it best to reply and decline their request of advising who the driver was, or should this be ignored and just wait for the Appeal result?0 -
