I have logged in and the site is very slow. I have two sims registered in my account and both show as "inactive". The new site isn't working for me at all.I phoned C.S. from one of the "inactive" numbers and he confirmed both are active! He advised deleting cookies, done that, and using a different browser. Why? When the one I use (Firefox) has been fine up until they broke things.Their Android app. is working. As usual, let's fix something that isn't broken.0

Still no ability to label your sims - I have multiple sims for the car, iPad etc. and it would be easier to manage if you could label each sim - other providers such as O2 allow you to label each sim.0

Fortunately, for me at least, the website seems to be functioning now (Firefox). It was really, really slow yesterday and totally not working properly. I couldn't even log out. It's a shame their C.S. people are not informed of any possible issues.0
