New Lebara UK Website

Logged into my Lebara online account today and they have a new website, it shows call history but no option to download or save now.

I used to be able to save my calls etc to a pdf file but cannot see that option anymore unless I am missing something..

I have logged in and the site is very slow. I have two sims registered in my account and both show as "inactive". The new site isn't working for me at all.

I phoned C.S. from one of the "inactive" numbers and he confirmed both are active! He advised deleting cookies, done that, and using a different browser. Why? When the one I use (Firefox) has been fine up until they broke things.

Their Android app. is working.

As usual, let's fix something that isn't broken.

Quite ironic actually. I have a Lebara SIM that was deactivated last week due to lack of top up/use, and showed as such on the original web site.

Log into the new site this evening and it shows as 'active' Go figure?

Still no ability to label your sims - I have multiple sims for the car, iPad etc. and it would be easier to manage if you could label each sim - other providers such as O2 allow you to label each sim.

Fortunately, for me at least, the website seems to be functioning now (Firefox).

It was really, really slow yesterday and totally not working properly. I couldn't even log out.

It's a shame their C.S. people are not informed of any possible issues.
