Packing for budget flight

I have a flight coming up that only allows 7 kg of luggage  despite it being international and over 7 hours. Just now found that the RufusRoo vest which allowed one to pack and wear a considerable amount of additional weight, is no longer made and seems to have gone out of business.
Can anyone recommend a substitute vest that is not £150 or more?

sorry not answering your vest question...
is purchasing baggage not an option?
I suspect the airline offered a variety of different fares some that included baggage...did you compare the prices before choosing the one that only had 7kg?
If you do find one you may find you are not able to place it in the overhead locker so will end up either wearing it or having it at your feet with your other bag...may not be comfortable for a 7 hour flight

I'm unwilling to pay £160 for a checked bag even if its a bit uncomfortable for a few hours.

Which airline charges you £160 to check a bag?
