Loop isn't showing any data for me anymore, or for others either, based on the reviews. Hugo is the option I've been using.
There was a problem caused by an app update not so long ago,Loop sent an email about it,advising that to regain functionality the app should be logged out of,deleted,reinstalled,signed back into. That fixed the no data issue for me at least anyway.

I tried that and it didn't work. Same for others from what I read.
I rarely check our usage details now tbh, as it's depressingly high already and I can't do much about it, but just gone to Bright and it's missing yesterday's data from 2am onwards - which wouldn't be weird by itself, but it has this morning's data from 12-2am (which Octopus doesn't have)!
