Civil Enforcement PCN at Private Hospital states incorrect reason on T&Cs

I've just received a postal PCN from the operator of the car park at a hospital (Private, not NHS). In the box detailing the incident it correctly states the date and location and shows the times the vehicle entered and exited the car park but, the terms and conditions of parking that it refers to aren't technically breached. It states "Exceeding the notified maximum free parking period of 30 minutes without obtaining a permit."
I have possession of the ticket that was paid for and displayed in the vehicle. The expiry time on the ticket is some 40 minutes before the vehicle exited the car park. But the T&C they've referred to hasn't been breached as parking was paid for beyond the free 30 minute period.
Could that be added to the template challenge letter? Or is it best to just stick with the MSE recommended template?

Or does it perhaps show the times the vehicle entered and left the car park?
I suggest you edit that sentence and other sentences in that post to avoid giving clues to the driver's identity.
At the moment they have no idea who was driving.3 -

Or is it best to just stick with the MSE recommended template?Displaying the ticket in the windscreen is not an issue as I see it surely this was issued under anpr? But forgive me if I'm being thick you get essentially 30 mins free drop off time a courtesy that is not additional to paid parking. If you want to stay longer you pay for a predetermined time say three hours but that basically knocks out the 30min free period. Our local council have the same idea on our seafront you can have 30 mins free with a free ticket, but an hour costs £1.20 but effectively cancels the 30mins free period. We can't see the ANPR timings on you NTK but: you state that the expiry time on the ticket is some 40 minutes before the vehicle exited the car park to put it another way you left 40 minutes after the expiry time on the ticket, and the ticket time cancels out the free period and isn't added to it?You should have left before the expiry time on the ticket not added the free period to it, nice scam isn't it!That is why I think the charge was issued and I think you will need to start with plan A with the hospital (Circle Health Group Lancaster Hospital?) and plead confusing signage to get it cancelled.

Can't understand why you insist on covering up the actual ANPR timings.
