Is it possible to transfer my HTB into my LISA?
Or can I put 4 k into my LISA and also 4 k into my HTB in the same tax year?
Or can I put 4 k into my LISA and also 4 k into my HTB in the same tax year?

Neither. You can transfer up to £4k per tax year from HTB ISA to LISA or you can pay up to £4k into your LISA from elsewhere. You can also pay up to £200 per month into your HTB ISA, which is less than £4k per year. You can only use one of these towards your first home.
