ULEZ BOUNDARY CHARGES ON AUTOPAY

My car is not ULEZ complaint. I got recently registered with TFL on AUTO PAY just in case by accident I do drive inside the ULEZ zone. My daily driving routine is on the boundary of the ULEZ zone in the Bushey/Oxhey/Stanmore area.
I am driving from Oxhey Lane, turning left into Old Redding and at the end of the road at the junction, left again into Common Road, Stanmore on the A409. At this junction there are ULEZ cameras positioned in Brookshill and Clamp Hill both inside the ULEZ area while Common Road is not part of the ULEZ expansion.
These cameras are taking pictures of all cars driving in all directions including mine as soon as I turn left into Common Road on my way to work and the same on the way back driving from Commons Road into Old Redding.
I have disputed online all daily charges of £12.50 since August 29th and provided plenty of evidence to support my claim that I am not driving inside the ULEZ zone.
In response to my dispute, TFL reply with the same standard letter stating that my vehicle was captured travelling inside the ULEZ zone and unwilling to make adjustments/refunds.
It is not possible to speak to anyone at TFL from within the Department who decide the outcome of the disputes.
As I have appealed unsuccessfully for all charges incurred by TFL, I am uncertain of what to do next. In the meantime TFL is taking payments from my account by direct debit which I cannot afford for long. I do not have any PCN to fight my claims with an independent adjudicator. I wonder how many citizen are in the same situation with TFL and if anyone can help. Thank you.

You should try the Pepipoo forums as they deal with fines and authorities. We deal with parking charges from unregulated private parking companies.3

Cancel your Direct Debit and require your bank to get back the payments made erroneously in line with the Direct Debit Mandate and guarantee.1

Same here. I provided evidence of my route from Google maps. I also asked to see any other evidence from any other camera from the same date showing I was in the Ulez zone. Not expecting much but will see.
I travelled south on the commons road, then turned right into old redding. And came back the same way.
They are basically charging us for driving past the camera, without entering the Ulez zone. I support Ulez, but this is totally unfair.

Seems like you are being screwed by ULEZ ???

ULEZ seems to be just a money making scheme! If the intention really was to save lives from the effects of pollution, just ban cars completely. Not workable for so many reasons.3

My issue is now resolved. I still support Ulez.
