No response from ADR after months

Hello

I submitted a claim to ADR for Ryanair cancellation in Oct/Nov 2022. Both sides submitted their claims/defence by Feb 2023. In May 2023 I was asked by ADR to resubmit my expenses, which I did. It's then just sat with them since then. The status says "Expense claims received with ADR for final determination". How long is it going to just sit with them? There is no way of me contacting them.
