I did yes but its a 5-7 working day response. They will cancel it but is going to take 14 days and I have until the weekend to pay the charge if not appeal directly.

I'll look at the templates and add the disabled part to it.

You don't have to pay unless a judge tells you, and ECP are very unlikely to pursue a single PCN case to court. Appeal around day 26 if the charge isn't cancelled in time.
