Well not that it matters to them but 32 seconds to be precise.
It's been a while since I've received one of these parking charges and really sure my family were in and out on time. Obviously not according to the ANPR cameras.
Its £100 now but £60 if paid today. Only opened the letter today as for some reason they sent it to my old address despite address change when I moved last summer of last year.
Is this something to be challenged or just pay it?

It's to be challenged.
You've been kicking around this Parking Board for a few years now so surely you know that.
The reason they sent it to your old address is almost certainly due to you not changing the keeper's address on you vehicle's Registration Document(V5c) when you move.
You must put that right now. Can be done online - on the DVLA's website.
Having done that, you need to ensure that ECP also have your correct address.
Send an email to their Data Protection Officer to put that right.1 -

I did try Morrisons though no receipt as it was nearly over a month ago.Ms are the best of the 'big beasts' supermarkets for cancelling parking charges. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

We didn't keep receipts as cash was paid. I wanted to pay for the shopping but my parents beat me to it when I was outside. I ended up appealing with Morrisons direct and for context, sent over my dad's disabled badge details. I forgot to mention that my dad is registered disabled and my partner is on crutches at the time of visiting.
It doesn't; help with the slow cause of us getting back to the car of course.
I'm a bit worried as it's due to be paid at the end of the week and Morrisons is really busy at the moment. Do I still send a standard appeal template to ECP in the meantime? Perhaps mention the disabled part or keep it standard temp[ate appeal for an NTK?0 -
Is you V5c now up to date?
Do ECP now know your correct address?1 -

If a landowner cancellation is not received before the appeal deadline, then appeal using the template in blue text, and add a point that one of the passengers is a blue badge holder and needed longer to complete the shop. Include a copy of the front of the badge with the appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1
