Mesher order and CGT/PRR

Hi, currently in the early days of separation and the divorce road. OH wants to undertake a Mesher order. I was ok with as it was originally mentioned as being for just over a year. Now its looking more likely 3-4yrs. Does anyone know the likelihood of Capital gains tax being payable on the eventually house sale. I'm being told none will be needed to be paid as its an official court order. I believe that is correct under new or even old guidelines (HMRC). If within the 3-4 yrs I want to buy another property or be on another mortgage. What is the scope of PRR to be paid? I think renting is fine according to HMRC. But If I can get to be on another mortgage in the future during the Mesher period, will I get taxed for PRR as I guess my main residence will no longer be the home that's tied to the Mesher/court order.
