Letter being sent today. I don't have much in the way of actual evidence but in our situation, I think a letter will be equally good- Bizarrely, we have just received another of these "invoices" for another "incident" at a medical appt/medical car park (apparently not the correct car park for that particular appt) but it is too early in the process to have any evidence.

Thanks, it's all good.
Adds to the DLUHC's evidence and the draft IA does reference that the Government did take into account the common points raised in motorists' complaints already sent to the department. They receive a lot if correspondence on this subject. So yours will form part of that weight of evidence to help inform the final decisions.
The Call for Evidence closes tomorrow.
It's only an email needed, attaching evidence of the behaviour of PPCs (or whatever supports the point you wish to raise). Please all make it clear which question you are answering, or if you just generally want to point out an error or assumption in the draft IA that's wrong, or just feel you want the DLUHC to consider your evidence, whatever it is, to help make the final IA and Public Consultation more robust.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Apologies for late example. Travelodge Avonmouth, not a PPC in sight.1

And, odeon cinema, Enfield, no PPC, no carmagedon

Perfect, let's hope the DLUHC can use these signage photos.
I've suggested to them how they assist to demonstrate three things that I'm not elucidating about here because forums have ears.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
