Not had broadband for 3 years, best and easiest?

As the title says the property has not had broadband for 3 years, looks like it was previously Virgin. I only want Broadband, who is the easiest to deal with?
Ive checked comparison sites but unsure as they all say switch and im.not switching.

You might have to find a full fibre provider or Virgin.

Openreach still provide copper pair based broadband services it’s only the PSTN phone service that has been removed from sale , so it doesn’t have to be full fibre , not everywhere has it anyway

I've been using Zen Internet for years now. They have fabulous and patient customer service - very kind even when we ask what must sound to them like stupid questions! Not so long ago, when we got back to our caravan after months away, when OH tried to plug the router in he got the telephone wire the wrong way round! Lovely helpful person was incredibly patient and sorted us out kindly. They are "Which" Best Buys too. We use Zen at home too.

When you say best, do you mean regardless of price, or the best of the cheapest?

Zen are indeed good, but you pay a premium for that service.

What providers are you looking at comparing? Some have better reputations than others with the likes of TalkTalk Virgin and Vodafone being near the bottom and Plusnet being one of the cheaper ones nearer the top of the consumer reports.
