Wrong local news on BT tv

How do you get your tv to show ITV Meridian news from Southampton and not from Maidstone please?
(We watch tv using a BT package with a Youview box and can watch BBC local news fine).
We go into settings and change the region from ‘South East’ to ‘South’ then turn the box off and unplug it and wait and plug it back in and switch it on again and wait for it to come back on but when watching ITV (103) it’s still local news from Maidstone instead of Southampton. Same on channel 3.
