How to appeal a parking charge notice for allegedly not parking wholly within bay

I've been issued with a parking charge notice by Park Watch for not parking wholly within the parking bay.  The photographic evidence shows that my driver's side wheels are parked on the white line but they do not go over it.  Is it worth appealing the parking charge or should I pay the £60 fine (reduced from £100 if I pay within 14 days of the issue date)? TIA
