  • Hope your throat is feeling better tomorrow EH. Really useful insight into Agile Octopus, if and when they sort out my complaint may look into this for myself. Thought of you last weekend , when I got off the tube at the Battersea Power Station stop, have you been there yet ?

I had mine out when I was a kid for which I'm very grateful, people do seem to suffer horribly with it

I get tonsilitis a lot and it's horrible.  Gargling with salt water helps.

I started with a sore throat which turned into the worse cold I’ve had in a long time and a very wheezy chest. It’s been strange as when I was working and carrying on as best I could it turned into respiratory infections 9 times out of 10 and I always ended up on antibiotics….this is what I thought I was destined for with this lot. But I’ve rested and fed myself nutritious soups and meals and it is clearing nicely. My throat is still feeling ‘scratchy’ but no longer sore and my wheeze is less although it keeps reminding me it’s there with its cough little friend. Hope you feel better soon. There are lots of strange germs out there atm.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling great EH - I hope it goes away soonish.

You are doing brilliantly with the load shifting - the UFH is a definite winner with Agile!

Just caught up, @EssexHebridean. Hope your lergy is soon on its way out. There are a lot of them around atm. Covid has been spreading at Mr F's work thanks to a peripetetic training team & there seem to be nasty colds & stuff locally too. I did have covid in 2022, but haven't had a cold since Christmas 2019. I'm therefore expecting my next one to be grim.....not for any sciencey reasons, just think I must be storing it up for a big one!
Hope you arw feeling better very soon.
