This company have never done court
Why on why do you ask for help only to then disregard the help
If you honestly think this company does court claims please provide evidence of this.
I can not believe that people come here and learn. Get educated and throw it all away
You have a simply threatogram letter which you have told is safe to ignore yet you seem to know better. Why is that ? This is why these companies make money because people give in based on a lack of knowledge

How would I pay less than £170 if I go to court and lose, considering that the car parking company along are demanding £170, without taking any additional court fees in to consideration?

Because the £70 is not allowed by Judges.

And the Government is likely to ban it.  That's what the Call for Evidence is all about!  You say you emailed evidence fir Question 4 but did you read the introduction, and look at the new Code if Practice? That's the work the DLUHC are doing.

It would be awful if you paid £170 to a firm who never sue.  This is why my advice to you earlier was "ignore it" - I meant it!

Not a single poster here pays £170 to anyone.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
