Hi,
my BB contract is ending on 20.09.23. I have informed the provider today that I will be leaving. They have said my contract will end on 05.10.23, 30 day's cancelation, my next payment is due on 18.09.23.
Do I owe them money from the 18th till the 5th as my BB will be turned off on the 20th, or do I just owe them for the 18th to the 20th?
TIA,
Andy.

If your next payment is made on the 18th Sept , that’s a full month until 17th Oct , if your service will cease on the 5th Oct , then you would be due a refund from 6th Oct -17th , so around 11 days refund probably returned by reverse DD ( if you pay by DD ) on the 18th Oct .0
