Reminder notice update

My stepdaughter has received a Notice To Keeper Reminder Notice from horizon pafailure to pay at Fishergate center Preston.
rking for She went to the center fo a click & collect this used to be free but apparently now you have to pay which she did not know about.
The vehicle is a hire vehicle and hire company have transferred liability (this how they obtained her address) no notice to hirer has been received only this reminder notice.there is no mention of POFA on this notice.
Question does she wait for NTH to arrive if it ever does or try and appeal this now

I appealed this for my stepdaughter using the Edna Basher template,Horizon cancelled.

Just to confirm, you used one of the Edna Basher templates and they immediately got back to you can cancel the PCN?
They really had nowhere to go with this as they haven't used any PoFA wording in the NtK and as they haven't sent you an NtH, they were in for a spanking if they ever tried to get this one past a judge.0 -
Yes KeithP it is the same one. B789 we used one of the Edna Basher templates youst tweaked to our own needs and yes cancelled straight away.0
