My stepdaughter has received a Notice To Keeper Reminder Notice from horizon pafailure to pay at Fishergate center Preston.
rking for She went to the center fo a click & collect this used to be free but apparently now you have to pay which she did not know about.
The vehicle is a hire vehicle and hire company have transferred liability (this how they obtained her address) no notice to hirer has been received only this reminder notice.there is no mention of POFA on this notice.
Question does she wait for NTH to arrive if it ever does or try and appeal this now

    @foden11, I suggest you remove that image immediately.

    Your masking of...
    1) the recipients full name and address,
    2. the PCN number and 
    3. the vehicle's registration mark, 
    ...leaves a lot to be desired.
    All those items are clearly readable and you missed one mention of the VRM entirely.

    Why not just edit your post yourself and replace the image with a suitably sanitised one? You've been here long enough to be able to edit your own posts.

    Click on the three dots top right of your post...

    to see...
    then obviously click on Edit.

    Then you'll just have to leave your daughter's personal details visible all weekend.
    MSE forum team only work Monday to Friday.

    It will let you remove the image by back spacing.

    Have you tried to appeal online as hirer, using EdnaBasher's hirer/lessee appeal?
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
