Sorry but you have got that totally wrong, the camera you have highlighted isn't even pointing at that entrance road it's for the small car park on the right, as KeithP's SV clearly shows.
Your little photo of your car from the ANPR shot was not picked up in that spot or by that camera, the photo is clearly on a bend that road is straight, the road you think it is has double yellow lines the photo has none.
You had 30minutes free parking you went over into the charging period by 10 minutes, in fact it could be said you were claiming 40 minutes grace period.
You do need to get your ducks lined up when dealing with these people they know more about dealing in dodgy facts that anyone.
The signage is about the only loophole I would have thought but the IAS won't care waste of time.

They were being cheap and put a single camera for the whole area.
That is not the actual photo, its a random one from google, I said its quality looks the one they sent me.
Its definately the camera, and it is pointing to the main road not to the small car park, and it is the only camera around (I had a good look today, plus have photos in the letter from it).

OK, but if you are going to ask for help putting random photos on here doesn't help.
If they have moved that camera to make it the entrance ANPR that is naughty!
There you have it an unapproved ANPR system with absolutely no rules or guidelines in an unregulated industry.
ANPR is not approved by the government for use in authority run car parks as it it not fit for purpose, but private car parks get away with it as a cheap easy catch em out scam.
But I honestly don't think you will get anywhere with the 10 minute grace period, after taking up the 30minute free period and going over, though the distance from the camera to the park and back is ridiculous you had up to 48 hours after visiting to check any outstanding balance, and they will argue it's the drivers responsibility to check terms and conditions.
You won't get anywhere with the IAS who will just side with the PPC I would store up all the arguments about confusing signage and terms and conditions and unapproved ANPR system along with photo evidence for any future court claim.

Have you received a PCN/NtK from Park with Ease? Those entrance signs do not conform to the IPC CoP. Also, there does not appear to be any warning that ANPR is in use and what it is to be used for.

According to section 13 of the IPC CoP, "a grace period is not required when the Permitted Period of Parking does not exceed 1 hour providing that the signage on the site makes it clear to the Motorist, in a prominent font, that no Grace Period applies on that land."

Is there signage that indicates this?

I don't think that 200m equates to 1/2 a mile but I get your point. Plenty above to begin with for defending this, if it ever comes to that.

    Yes, I received a letter.

Car park which this notice relates to has 30min free parking. Time stated on the notice is exactly 40min (13:43-14:23)
    Those times don't stack up.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Does it give two different dates for the parking?  Maybe 2 visits in 24 hours?

Top right, you covered some dates up but left timings visible that don't match what you are saying here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
