Vanguard Sterling Short-Term Money Market Fund Interest Missing

    I think Vanguard take the platform fees quarterly from the date of sign up and not on a fixed date, mine last came out of my account in August

    Still not paid today. If it's not there by tomorrow (10 business days) I will send them a secure message to find out what's going on.
  • @Swipe, my sentiments exactly, I nearly sent a message this morning but thought I better wait until tomorrow as that is officially the last day that we should receive the dividends.

    Mine went in today. 

    All also messaged them and got the standard response about 10 days.

    This months went in first working day off the month!

    I guess they may have had some complaints.
