I think Vanguard take the platform fees quarterly from the date of sign up and not on a fixed date, mine last came out of my account in August

Still not paid today. If it's not there by tomorrow (10 business days) I will send them a secure message to find out what's going on.

@Swipe, my sentiments exactly, I nearly sent a message this morning but thought I better wait until tomorrow as that is officially the last day that we should receive the dividends.
