BA cancelled flight at departure gate

Edinburgh to palma flight cancelled at airport departure gate when we asked when it was meant to be boarding, told crewe member ill so cancelled. TUI cruise so no chance of catching the boat. Sent BA compensation claim and after chasing got email from them apologising for cancelling flight and compensation of £350 per person would be paid within 28 days. Next day another BA email, saying ignore previous email as they were investigating. TUI advised that definitely due compensation from BA and hold up likely due to PNR which TUI had spoken to them about. Some 3 - 4 weeks have passed and continued to chase BA who just say we’re investigating. There is nothing to investigate they cancelled the flight. Any ideas as to how this could be moved along? Seems they don’t do resolver, twitter, caa but managed to fire off adr.
