BTW, the DCBL legal representative on the hearing day refused to take my bank account details to transfer the costs, and said that I will hear back on this later. So far I haven't got any letter or call. Can they get out of paying the costs through some loophole ?0

Your final act of kindness towards DCBL is to send in the court bailiffs which will cost them more1 -
Send the legals and the PPC your bank details, and give them a deadline to pay or remind them of the judge's deadline. Add that if they don't pay on time you will issue a Warrant of Control without further warning. Advise them they may want to seek debt advice - use the exact words I'm guessing were used against you.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
