I haven't received a parking ticket yet?

Just an update on the above...I went onto WhatApp chat and managed to (eventually) get an answer to my question.  Where is my parking ticket?  They asked for the car reg. and gave the following response:  "We have noted your vehicle registration number and can confirm that there are currently no outstanding Parking Charges for this registration.".  I've asked them if there is a grace period at the car park in question (out of curiousity) but am still waiting for an answer.

Here is the response via WhatsApp..."Unfortunately, we cant discuss the grace period as this is a private agreement with ourself and the landowner Lidl."

This whole thread is crazy.

Why are you continuing to poke them?
If I were ParkingEye I would send you a PCN just to get you off my back.
