Has anyone else encountered the ridiculous state of affairs that Vodafone refuse to provide any form of contact for a formal complaint, and insist you go through their chat to "resolve" things?

I can't get my Voda BB renewed after end of contract as they somehow screwed up my account, deleted all my bills and gave me 12 accounts. Even after 5h on the pohne they can't process the renewal order.I have a "non-FCA complaint" number but as per the OP I can't reach anyone to discuss it.Did the above contacts help?0

Believe me I've checked the alternatives. I was going Virgin M125 until I found out just in time by checking the T&Cs that they didn't include a landline, depsite it being on MSE's landline & BB bundles. That tooks ages to confirm via VM ...
After 4h chat I've just managed to get Voda to put a renewal/upgrade order through successfully. They didn't honour the original renewal price nor explain why a line disconnection notice (that I never requested) had been put through at 02:30 i.e. when offices are closed. That will all go to the exec team, which incidentially is at https://!!!!!!/s.php?id=ceo-9635&c=Vodafone UK-Chief Executive (link above is broken).The Voda complaints/customer care dept is a joke - they constantly wanted me to give them time "while they went through the chat" before then not being aware of prev issues nor being able to fix them!
