@Jjsnowdog, it is a bit pointless showing a poorly redacted version when the original is still visible to one and all. Whatever app you used to redact the second copy, it is still possible to see through the black marker to the claim number and password. I have reported the original post with the unreacted copy so that it ca be removed.

Please just tell us what the POC says in the left (minus your VRM).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, post your paragrpahs 2 & 3 and any that you have added.  We don't need to see the complete template!

You haven't bothered answering the question by @Coupon-mad:
Please just tell us what the POC says in the left (minus your VRM).
You can post your defence but why should you expect a lot of assistance if you don't answer the questions?

You only need to post the bits you added or amended. The reason we need to see the PoC is that there is a very recent appeal decision that is persuasive on the court that can be included. However, without knowing the PoC, it is impossible to advise.

  • Apologies
    POC
Claim for the sum of £237.84 being due from the defendant in respect of 2 fixed charge notices for contractual breaches which occurred between 28/08/2019 and 09/09/2019 on private land operated by the claimant.
The land is privately owned and the claimant operates and enforces a parking management scheme.

The defendant is believed to be responsible for the vehicle when the contractual breaches occurred.
Despite demand the charges remain unpaid
The claim also includes statutory interest pursuant to section 69 of the county courts act 1984 at a rate of 8% annum (daily rate of £0.04) from 28/08/2019 to 18/08/2023 being an amount of £57.84

The claimant also claims £120 recovery costs as set out in terms and conditions and in the ATA AoS code of practice

OK. So now you need to read this thread and cite the appeal judgment in your defence. Those PoC are inadequate and the claim should be thrown out.

    It must include the location?

Yes, that's good news. Is that letter from the court? You should have had a notice of discontinuance from the claimant or their solicitor if they're using one.
