Business vs Residential Internet services

I’ve been trying to determine what the differences are between having a Business and Residential Internet service at a residential property.
Looking at BT as an example I see some of the additional benefits being
- Quicker response if services go down
- Better customer service/support
- Static IP option
- Business traffic takes priority over residential
For working from home it’s probably not worth it unless I’m missing something?

There have been threads, for example, from people who run their own businesses from home and losing the internet means they can't trade, costing them hundreds.Would you (or your employer) be seriously inconvenienced if your internet went down for a day? A week? A month? Can you work from home using your mobile phone as a hotspot?N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.

Thanks @QrizB
I work from home for my employer a few times a week and don’t run my own business.
I work on a hybrid basis so do have an office to go to if Internet was unavailable for some time.
I’ve recently been living in properties that only have a Hyperoptic connection but will be moving soon and a variety of options are available at my new address hence why I’ve been looking into this.
It seems that a residential service should meet my needs.
