Cancel o2 (via e2save) contract?
Hi does anyone know exactly how to cancel an o2 contract, which was bought through e2save? My 12 month contract ends in around 6 weeks and I want to avoid paying any extra monthly charges - they seem to try and make it as difficult as possible!

Phone up O2 and ask them. They should know exactly how to do it.0

Not if it's through cpw!0

The OP didn't mention cpw. He mentioned 'an o2 contract'.
Quentin, can you maybe be a little bit more positive please? Rather than stating what he can't do, perhaps telling him what he can do would be of more use.0 -
No need to mention cpw. It is. Why doesn't the OP call them and ask or read the relevant threads (which would tell them several times over)? If being positive means answering the same old questions time again to save people the bother, count me out too!0

On e2save which is a Carphonewarehouse company!

It depends where the monthly bills come from e.g. O2 or Carphonewarehouse, who may be the service provider - not O2. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Actually it's not even that difficult. If they're on O2, got it from E2Save and are coming to the end of their contract now it definitley IS cpw O2.0

I was positively correcting your smartass answer.
It is no point him ringing o2 as you suggest if he gets his service via cpw.0
