cheapest phone? Doesn't matter how basic?

I'm trying to find the absolute cheapest mobile phone, either unlocked (or perhaps a Nokia which can be unlocked for free) or on Orange.

As long as it makes calls, that will do the trick nicely!!

It is for the OH, he needs it to put an Orange sim in.

Any ideas?? I've seen a few used ones on ebay for about £10 including p+p but a new one would be even better.

Sainsburys have some for £10 locked to Orange.
