  •  I will be reporting your clients to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for the initial processing and for sharing and allowing my data to be misused by National Car Parks limited and BW Legal to send various misleading communications.

If the bullying and misleading conduct aimed at me regarding this alleged PCNs is an example of what your clients and BW Legal do every day, then sanctions by the various authorities are long overdue.

    Who?!  Detail check needed.

Obviously you must change everything to suit: DCBLegal and UKPC not BW Legal and NCP!

And here it should read 'your client's claim' as shown, and should ask for the orphan images of your car leaving & returning:

"...your client's claim, including but not limited to copies of any letters or notices pertaining to the alleged parking charge; confirmed on site image(s) of the alleged contract (sign) taken on the day (not stock photos of a sign template that UKPC made earlier) and all images of the car traversing the site in between that 10 hour period: i.e. what UKPC's apology for a Data Protection Officer will call the 'orphan ANPR images' of the car leaving on day one and returning on day two."
Thanks for the response. Where does this bit need positioning please?

It was an amendment to the existing words.

Do you mean this quoted text? I.e remove this part and replace with the amended part?

No.  I even highlighted the words I changed in the first sentence to make it obvious.

  • OK, received a response and now have 30 days from the 12th Sept to provide sufficient evidence or make payment of £170.00. Failure to do so will result in a claim being issued.

How do I proceed from here? The hotel booking on the same grounds of which I provided proof is insufficient (why would I spend over 10 hours on a car park when free parking is literally a stones throw away  ridiculous.

Should I post the response from DCB Legal?

    Thanks for all your support

Just wait for the court claim. That's when they will give up in 2024, without a hearing.

I hope you are using your case and £170 aggressive debt demands as evidence this month (TIME LIMITED) to answer the DLUHC's question 4 (explained here) to stop the false 'fees' being legal in future:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6471857/please-reply-to-question-4-of-the-governments-call-for-evidence-re-the-level-of-parking-charges

PLEASE RESPOND TO THE GOVERNMENT talking about how it feels like a huge scam to be forced to soon defend an exaggerated claim for c£300 due to imaginary money being added more than once to a PCN that you now know started at a 'discounted' £60 (which is already high in the current climate and was an unfair scam with no real appeal open to you).

Everyone bothered by a £100 private PCN and imaginary 'fees' and then a stupidly enhanced court claim, is encouraged to send the DLUHC an email attaching pictures of the letters and in particular, the series of £170 ludicrous threats.

We are so close to banning the add-ons.

PLEASE HELP US GET THIS OVER THE LINE.

    Evidence is key!

  • Many thanks again for your continued support. Apologies but I've been unwell for a few weeks hence the delay to this post.

Now received a debt recovery claim x 2 from 'Trace Debt Recovery'

Shall I just wait for the court claim as above?
