UKPC PCN NTK

The NEWBIES thread is clear what PLAN A is. We are with you, we fully support you, but there is no need to wonder whether to do PLAN A.Then the driver went to read the parking signs and see what was the maximum time allowed and if payment was required.Hmmm... If I were a parking company appeals person I would find that very hard to believe - but anyway, the story doesn't go into an appeal. No excuses are needed.
This took a few minutes, then returned to the car and moved it within the bays.
The reason they didn't put a PCN on the windscreen is because they don't have to yet. Not because the driver did or didn't return to the car.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not questioning plan A, I was only wondering if should I stick to the template or add this info. As you said, most probably they won't care so the template would suffice. Cheers0

You said:
"I'm wondering if is worth contacting the shop owner or the management company of the retail park and ask if they can do something about this PCN."
That's what we already suggest - in the NEWBIES thread - is PLAN A so we are not sure why you were "wondering if it's worth" trying that first.
Appeal is not Plan A in the NEWBIES thread, it's PLAN B, so this first stage this coming week is nothing to do with the template appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IE, the bays in the car park are not suitable especially for those huge 4x4's
This is just UKPC being stupid again just to collect money. DCBL adore UKPC AND THEIR RUBBISH CLAIMS
Fix the bay size UKPC and you may have a claim, this is just a money maker2 -

The PCN was cancelled following the appeal.
