Has anyone done an internal ISA transfer to the NatWest 2yr Fixed rate ISA

Hi I have a cash ISA with NatWest and a 2yr Fixed Rate ISA  @ 5.9%
On the T&C's there is a date  for them to receive an internal request - 28th August
I've been onto their chat to see how to do this and was told that internal transfers were not allowed.

Any ideas please?

Yes I have I had a fix with Virgin I wanted to leave but wanted to split some monies to one and some to two year only way to do this was to move virgin to NW instant access ISA and then I moved monies in two transactions some NW instant assess ISA to one year NW fix and some to two year NW fix.

I want to do similar.
I opened a NatWest Cash ISA  and transferred my cash from Skipton ISA to the new NatWest cash ISA.
I now want to transfer my money in the NatWest cash ISA to my ,already opened and partly funded, 2 year fixed rate ISA.
How do I do this please / which form did you use/ on line or through the post?
