Problem with Broadband giftcards for new Vodefone user

We signed up for a new Vodafone broadband service in March with the promise of a £85 gift card and still have not received it. Giftcloud say they are waiting for Vodafone to confirm our purchase. At one stage they asked us to send a copy of a bill to confirm we had taken the package out which we did. Still no gift card. Vodafone say its nothing to do with them. Anyone else had a similar problem or got any ideas how to sort this please.

Same, nothing heard after 120 had elapsed. I've only just sent an email to Giftcloud to enquire what has happened. I have a bad feeling about this.1

Same. Wondering if anyone has had any success with getting their giftcard?0

I don't know if they ever automatically send it out at the 120 day mark, but this was my experience.
I signed up on 30/09/2011
I sent a message on 17/02/2022 including the order number and date asking where my voucher was.
They replied the same day to say they needed to contact vodafone
On 25/02/2022 they said vodafone had confirmed that the order had been completed
On 02/03/2022 I got an email to say my egift was ready, I think I then had to click a button to request it & I didn't do it immediately..
On 20/03/2022 I got the voucher

This is me too. I think I signed up via the MSE link in March 2025. Vodafone Fibre 2. two year contract and MSE promised £120 Amazon Card, Prime subscription (3/6 months) and a 4k Apple TV card. I got the last two but no idea where the Amazon card is or how I get it. Vodafone were 100% useless (as is their broadband compared to Plusnet =- never again!). I will now try Giftcloud.0
