Flighright not responding

Hi  everyone ,
I flew with brussels airlines and my flight was delayed 10 months ago by more than three hrs. I used the Flightright site to file my claim and went through the proccess, the last i'v heard from them is that their lawyers have intiated the legal proccess, this was five months ago and i      havent heard anything since tried contacting them for an update but no reply.
What is happening and if it goes to cour how much money will i end up with after legal fees/

Nobody on here can help regarding what's happening or how long it'll take (unless anyone else happens to have used them and can offer anecdotal tales), but the costs should have been clearly outlined at the start - these companies typically work on the basis of collecting a percentage of whatever they recover for you, but that shouldn't vary according to how much work they've had to do for that, i.e. legal fees, etc, should be baked into that percentage figure.

They display their fees on their website, which you'd also have agreed to at the time you instructed them to act on your behalf.
