Move out of S&S isa?

I moved from a cash isa to a Vanguard S&S isa two years ago, the LS 80%. It's been flat all this time so wondering what to do.
I don't need access to the money in the next few years. Is it worth moving back to a cash isa or normal savings now that rates are up again?

An economic cycle is around 15 years nowadays. In that period you will have good years, nothing years and bad years. Some years will be very good (well into double digits). Some years will be very bad (down by multiple digits)
2022 was a mild negative year for VLS80 (-8.8%). 2023 is a very mild positive year YTD (up 4.52%).
