iDMobile Voucher disclaimer!

MSE published a deal for a Sim Card by iDMobile with a nudge factor of a £45 gift voucher if signed up by 2 June 2023. I did that but have yet to receive any information, after repeated requests, until last week and today, sparked by my 3* rating on Trustpilot. Today’s info was to tell me that the voucher obligation and funding came from MSE and GiftCloud, nothing to do with iDMobile!

I did the sign up as well, I’m sure it said after 3 months you will be contacted by E-mail on how to activate your voucher.

Yas yours been 3 months yet as just says you did prior to the 2nd June.

I Joined early June so expect the E-mail in the next 10 days, mind I get so much spam there is a chance I have / will delete(d) it

This has happened to me twice now on two accounts set up via MSE, and neither has been honoured. If you email the address (UK-idmobile@awin.com) given in the original email it is never responded to. After a protracted conversation with their webchat, I was told to go to my local Currys (who own IDMobile)! 

It feels like a huge con and I think that MSE should not be recommending them any more.

I had begun to accept that even MSE, the beloved and honest MSE, had got sthg wrong. So, James, thanks for the reassuring explanation and link, which I have now used so I hope all my info will yield a +ve result?

I have the same issue. I used the MSE link re ID mobile giving cash back and a voucher. 
I signed up in June as well. I chased severally and got an email today with the voucher but not word about the cash back.

Today I received my £45 gift voucher, with a code from my selected Amazon choice. So it has arrived not three months late but 4 days off 4 months. Possibly this was due to me using the link posted by MSE James (see above). If so, thank you James; faith in MSE totally restored!

good luck to you other iDMobile swappers. Have to say, however that I won’t be staying with iDMobile after 1 June 2024; the signal is crap most of the time, using 3 Network, which I was warned about. On the plus side, I used it loads in France for Google maps-it uses Orange network so loads better- and got nowhere near my allowance limit.
