30 day SIM for USA/Carribbean

Hi all. I will be on a cruise around the Caribbean/USA in November. Is there any 30 day Sims out there that have all inclusive roaming for this area. In the past I used Vodafone but I can't find a 30 day SIM with this feature.

    Can your phone use an eSim?  Companies like Holafly offer 15 day 7GB Caribbean eSim for $54 and also various unlimited data packages for USA - they just send you a QR code for the package and you scan it on the phone to add the data package.
