good luck, 4 weeks I have been banging my head off a wall, 3 Exec said you have to escilate the complaint to us through INDIA, I followed that procedure & another INDIA manager refused my right to exec refferal by telling his advisor not too, a week later no further forward I made offical complaint against said advisor who called me back & said I had no choice was line managers decision, I withdrew the complaint against her and had it re-addressed against her manager by another manager - expecting a call back from Exec by Mon 4pm & if there is no contact notes on my account STATE I must be transfered by India contact centre from 4pm Mon straight through to Exec Office

Result ! only through a lot of anger for the first time in 4 years did I get anywhere last night, kept apologising my anger was not based to manager dealing with me but the other who blocked my right by protocol to escilate via that manager to Exec Office & the other previos manger who knew he could do nothing to help and told me he was sending to Ex Of - 3 weeks ago
