    Within forty minutes of your earlier post I managed to give you some guidance.
    Your most recent post tells us that you didn't have a Judgment against you on 28th September.
    You could've saved this.

    Now you only option is to pay the amount ordered by the Court.
    You must pay it within the timescale given to avoid a County Court Judgment remaining on your file for the next six years.

    A Judgment has been entered against you. You cannot respond to the claim at this time but you may apply for the judgment to be set aside."

    is there any point applying for the judgement to be set aside ?

    Having failed to respond to a Claim Form, I cannot see that you have any grounds.
